The administrator shuffled off to the next committee meeting, and with a sigh, began dabbling and swirling and connecting ideas for others to begin to see possibilities of doing things differently, one small step at a time.
The process of changing systems in the traditional path was growing tiresome. It was necessary work, but certainly the work that new administrators could take over and continue, she thought.
